There was a problem with how MyBB puts comments after template sections that forced IE7 and IE8 into Quirks mode, therefore ruining proper rendering of Screeze. Today there was a short downtime for about half an hour on Screeze for maintenance from 7:20 PM to 7:50 PM EST. Everything should be working just fine.
